I’m about the start the Shred Diet, I was wondering what type of Bread do you recommend for the sandwhiches?
I use whole wheat (check to make sure it’s 100% whole wheat).. But I’ve also heard of people who use whole wheat pita bread.. Best of luck to you! 🙂
